Atria Ridgefield is looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our pre-opening team, someone with drive, passion and the ability to develop strong relationships. You will have the opportunity to introduce this beautiful lifestyle to the senior market. Your primary job function as Community Sales Director is to drive new sales into the community. The preferred candidate should have pre-opening experience including a solid understanding of the efforts needed to launch a new community. Both inside and outside sales efforts are required to attract new residents to the community, lead development/closing and referral development to professionals. Once the community is open, your goal will be to continue to meet and exceed the goals of the community.
